my group had start on our project offically yesterday.
well, actaully thomas did the snowball rolling, cause he was the one who did the very once reseach.
thanks thomas!
for now, ask me about mediterranean cuisine,
i will tell you there are a total of 21 country, divided into 3 culinary region or the purely, closely related countries.
they use mainly wine, herbs and olive oil and has a very very long history.
thats all i know for now.
therefore i need to do more research to know more about this cuisine. -.-"

other then project,
i had been doing both online and physical shopping a lot this 2 weeks.
i spent around $150+
thats a lot!
which means i need to work on next month to save up the money i spend this month.
or maybe the sky will drop a few hundreds dollars for me! haha!!

down with cough
and have been having zoe tay's voice since wednesday.
got fall sick on monday night.
i guess it was the weather again.
hopefully it will be fine next monday

anyway i got back 2 result for last sem.
econs and quality service.
econs, just manage to pass.
teacher moderate it thats why
quality service i got a b+, as i expected.
i guess more to come for next few weeks.

f&b practical sucks big time on tuesday
i cant carry a big rectangle tray!
it is too heavy for me!!
but for today,
i'm so super mega extremely lucky to be called out to carry that big rectangle tray
and guess what?!
i did it!
it isnt that hard, but just need to balance the tray well thats all.
more practice will be good!
sometimes i really admire myself! haha!

hello people!
its time for me to blog.
firstly, updates for school.
school wasnt that bad,
there is only 2 or 3 projects and it isnt difficult at all. at least for now.
i'm so glad that i can work with the people i want to work with. =)

however f&b practical can be a killer.
all the table cloths changing and napkin folding is so difficult.
whatever i learn on friday i had forgot already
except for table cloths changing

i'm so happy that we will not be using the 2 project slots on both thurs and tues.
at least for now.
so i can go home and rest and slack.
as for all the trainers, they are all nice.

but for food service management, its very super extremly difficult.
with all the french words it can kill me
and that vincent tan is going to test us what is the meaning of each word every lesson
well, i'm praying that he wont call me out until i remember all the words,
which i doubt so.

since i'm quite free, i hope i can buy some korean drama series dvd to watch.
but there isnt any spree going on for that.
but at the same time, i need to save up too.
cause i spend quite a lot for online shopping this month
and mum said that we are going to hongkong during my june holidays.
well, i dont know whether is it real or she is just making me happy.
cause she everytime lie to me saying that she want to bring me to some place,
but in the end say she very lazy to go! =(
so, i'm not putting high hope, but just wish to go
anyway, no hk. i still can go to my friend's curry factory at JB
haha!!

another week is gone, which means school reopening tomorrow!!!
time flies very fast!
i didnt even rest enough and school is reopening tomorrow!
nightmare is going to start tomorrow.
and i'm only able to wake up from nightmare 10 weeks later.
no, should be 11 weeks, including of exam week

but at least i did things that i promise myself to do before school starts.
which is online shopping, finish up my last korean drama series, watch mr. bean holidays and lastly, wake up late everyday!!!

for now, i will need to enjoy my last few hours of holiday!!!
cause tomorrow i will see my classmates, new trainers and norman -.-"

EXAM IS FINALLY OVER!!!
GOOD BYE SEMESTER 2 PART 1!!!
haha!
I'm so so happy!
which means enjoying life for only A WEEK
yes, jia lat right?!
i'm making good use of my time for this one whole week

exams suck big time
worst subject was econs
i know nuts about the paper.
cause i only study less than 3 hours
anyway its over!

cousin's wedding was fun and nice!
he put up those photos when we were kids
especially the one at the zoo
haha! so funny! everyone was laughting
i miss those time~

i mentioned that we got our class time table on my last update
yes, so much to study!!!
7 subjects to study, actually 6 cause food and beverage are together
lesson starts at a crazy timing which is 8am
and the lastest which is 8pm.
siao right?!
2 project slots = LOTS OF PROJECT!!!
nightmare gonna starts all over again!!!

for now, i dont want to think so much about it
cause its time for online shopping, korean dvd drama and fun fun fun till end of next week.
i need to enjoy before school starts again =(
